We’re looking for self-starters with a keen eye for detail and a sharp sense for strong business decisions.

Job description

  • Determine cost structure of appraisal fee
  • Control the quality of appraisal report
  • Track revenues and devote time to risk management
  • Maintain the accuracy of database
  • Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Finance or related field
  • Excitement and passion about the startup world
  • Have an inherent interest in Finance and great business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues
  • Thrive working in a team oriented environment

 

Desired qualifications

  • Work experience in Real Estate Investing or financial planning & reporting
  • Be fluent at Chinese(Mandarin)
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling
  • Excellent quantitative and written skills. Eagerness to further develop these skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
